Peach/Apple Pie
1 jar peaches, drained
2 medium apples sliced
1 c. sugar
1 T. cornstarch
2 T. tapioca
1 t. cinnamon
Pour into saucepan and simmer. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with toping.
*Topping
½ c. sugar
¾ c. flour
1/3 c. crumbly butter
Crumble together. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
